Clara Khosravizad holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Studies (MA) and has joined the Prentice Institute as a Research Assistant. In this role, she supports exploring innovative housing solutions to address housing insecurity and their impact on rural and urban communities and understanding the complexities of homelessness. Clara has a strong background in conducting independent research and analyzing data related to housing policies and government programs. Her expertise includes evaluating the Canadian Housing Survey (CHS), Canadian housing market statistics, and issues surrounding affordable and social housing, and residential mobility.
In addition to her research experience, Clara has worked in academic settings as both a researcher and teaching assistant. She also completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sustainable Architecture, with a focus on the development of sustainable urban and built environments and building energy optimization.
Clara is deeply passionate about sustainable development and is committed to applying her skills and knowledge to promote more equitable, accessible, and sustainable housing systems.
